1. License and app use
Last updated: October 25, 2026. LumoFocus is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), subject to applicable law. This page explains the current product and purchase arrangements and does not replace that agreement or limit mandatory consumer rights.
2. Focus Pro annual subscription
The free app includes core focus timing and selected features. Optional Focus Pro provides access to premium capabilities while your entitlement is active. The current offer is an auto-renewable annual subscription. The purchase screen shows the price, currency, subscription period, and applicable terms for your storefront before you confirm. Features and availability are described in the app and User Manual.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel through iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Canceling stops future renewal; access generally continues for the paid period, subject to Apple’s terms.
3. Restoration and refunds
Restore purchases using the same Apple Account through Restore Purchase in the app. Deleting LumoFocus does not cancel a subscription. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple; request help through reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund rights and eligibility depend on Apple’s policies and applicable law.
4. Your data and availability
You control the task titles, tags, and other content you enter. Records are stored locally without built-in cross-device sync. Keep any exports you need; exports are reports rather than restorable app backups. iOS permissions, system availability, audio interruptions, and device settings may affect reminders, playback, and Live Activities. LumoFocus is a productivity tool and is not a medical device or safety-critical alarm.
